Any way to display Outlook NOTE on Desktop?

Want to have a "reminder" on Desktop.

Nope, but you can leave the note open as long as you let Outlook open as
well.
If you would like to keep your notes on the Desktop, you can also simply
create text files there. There are many other note taking applications as
well in case you do not like to keep your notes in Outlook.
