Hi there. I've never posted to this forum, but I have a question. I use the
"Rules and Alerts" to filter RSS feeds. Part of the rule I have created says
to take any article with the word "bed" in the body and to put it in a
specific filter and forward to my mobile phone's email address. However, it
will forward articles that I don't want with words like "bedding" or
"bedroom" or "ribbed". I tried putting "bed" in quotes but then it just had
two sets of quotes like this: ""bed"".

Can anyone tell me how to set up this filter for only articles with "bed"
preceded and followed by a blank space?

You might be able to program it in. I'm not sure that it will give better
results though.
take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=324568 and ask in an
Outlook programming group.

I don't know how to program. I will try and call the 800 number. I tried that
link and I was completely lost.
