Any Vendor With Box to Connect More Than One CD-ROM By USB 2.0?

Is there any product that would let me mount several IDE DVDs or CDRWs into
a single enclosure and then connect to the host by USB 2.0? I know there
are many such enclosures for single drives, but ideally I would like to have
three or four CDs available on a specific host, and I don't want to swap
back and forth.

Does USB 2.0 define a way to address multiple devices on a single USB 2.0
connection, without wasting one USB 2.0 port connection per device?
