I just installed Fresh Diagnose, and under the TRACES there is a

list of all the USB drives what I plugged in. I know this is stored

in the registry, and serves some useful purpose, but I would rather

clear this.

Also it shows "Executed files" going back 7 months (this is not the

same as what is typed into the Start-Run box)

I definitely would like to wipe that.

Reason - I live in a country with powerful intellegence agency

that is believed to spy on dissidents.

Do a clean install. Install all your programs.
Then, start using Microsoft Steady State.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_SteadyState

Store your files on an external storage device. Make
multiple copies (in case one USB stick fails).

Each time you shut down, all record should be discarded.
You can then run your Fresh Diagnose and verify this.

By doing it that way, you know that each time you turn
off the computer, you're safe.

It's similar to converting your computer, into an
Internet Cafe computer. The computer should not
have any memory, from one cafe user to the next.

Try CCleaner. It has options to remove the most recentlyl opened lists
from some applications, an the Registry Cleaner (which you should use
with great caution) has an option to delete Windows MUI cache (a list
of recently run executable programs.)
