When I type at times, my typing does not show, and then after about 10
seconds it will.. I can keep typing and it all will come up after the
10 sec. or so.. this happens enough to be very annoying. tia

I would guess that your computer has 128MB RAM or that you've got a LOT
of things running in the background that are using CPU time.

What all do you have running (see the task bar, and the
"Start/Programs/Startup" items) and how much memory do you have?
