Pay as you go cable or DSL ISP? I doubt it. But maybe the newest post-WiFi
technology ("You can find the internet everywhere. I just found it in the
middle of this pond" type of thing.") But they all seem to use cards, so
you'll have to look further to see if they have alternative input devices
and if they are following the lead of wireless phone companies and offering
a pay as you go plan.
