Any SP3 'fixes' yet?

I downloaded and installed SP3 about a week ago,
and have noticed only one peculiarity so far.
Power Options......my screen saver times in and
functions, but sometimes, even with nothing of
mine that I know of running, no disk shutoff,
no Standby, No Hibernate. Nothing different in
my operating procedures....before SP2 I could
count on it. Now, it is at best a 'sometimes'
thing.

Could it be SP3-related, and have any 'fixes'
been announced yet?

Criminy! Just clicked on the forum link myself and that first page is a
masterpiece of how not to lay out a web page!

Thanks, Oley....I thought it was just me.
Maybe somebody will decide that the answers belong here.
I thought that's what Newsgroups were set up for.
This is 'Public----Windows---XP----' and pretty basic.

Oh, come on.
Microsoft is so proud of their forums that it thinks they'll replace NNTP.
We try to tell them but they don't listen.

Okay, Frank, they are bigger than anybody but I can
still hope that somebody in the NG will have something
to contribute.

With considerable difficulty, I managed to get this
same query posted in that Tech Net Forum. So far,
13 viewings, no responses. Meanwhile, if anybody
reading the posting here can confirm or deny the
existence of the problem, that really wouldn't be
out of order.

Jerry, I posted this simple question there; it has been
viewed 20-odd times in four days, but nobody has commented
on it. Not yet. But I'll keep checking back there....
Thanks for the lead.
