any smart card api for .net?

Hi all,

I am writing an app that needs to interact with smart card - I cannot find any related library excepting winscard.dll. But for winscard, I cannot reference it; the error says it's not a valid assem/COM file. What can I do? I cannot even make a RCW for it...

Anyone please help? Like, how to interop with the winscard module or any other exisitng library? I'm NOT using window CE so I cannot use that 'winscard' module for CE.NET...
