An uninstall doesn't delete any data in fact; it doesn't even delete any
settings. It's just like when you uninstall Excel it won't delete all your
xls-files. Search for pst-files on your hard disk. Make sure you include
hidden files/folder when searching. When found use File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File in Outlook to reconnect the pst-file.
