Any replacements for mouseimp?

I was wondering if there are any replacements for mouseimp?

Improve productivity with DirectScroll: Reduce mouse movements and save
time required to scroll windows. No more moving the cursor to scroll bars
and back - just hold down your Right mouse button to activate DirectScroll -
and enjoy.

It's such a useful program, that I thought heaps of other applications would
have shown up that do the same thing?
