I'm using Fusion and a Mac to run Outlook and it works fine, except
the customize Outlook button just sits there. Nothing happens when I
click it? Is there an odd multiple click I have to use because of the
Mac keyboard and/or Fusion?

Fusion experts would know better if there is a magic key you need... I don't
think so though. You certainly don't on virtual machines in windows.

You don't say which version of outlook - although I'm not sure if it matters
in this case.
