Has anyone experienced problems with Access 2003 and working with files
created with Access 97? I am hearing that using Access 2003 and Access 97
in conjunction with each other creates problems with the files. Looking for
input on this, good or bad...

Thanks

Accessing in what sense? There's nothing wrong with Access 2003 updating
data in tables in an MDB in Access 97 format.
