Hi

Start>Run - then type in:

control userpasswords2

In the 'Password for Administrator' click on 'Reset Password'. Next time try and remember your password as all good Administrators do.

In XP Home, to access the built-in Administrator account, you must load in
Safe Mode. Reboot the computer, and as soon as the memory count is
finished, start tapping F8. When the boot menu appears, choose Safe Mode
and load windows, the login as Administrator when given the option. The
password is normally blank for this account.

Once logged in, you should be able to reset your passwords.
