Any new scanners, flat bed do MF transparencies?

Looking for a flat bed scanner like HP 5370C that also provides for scanning
transparencies up to 4X5.
Anyone know of any currently being made?

The new MicroTek ScanMaker 6100 handles transparencies up to 4x5 at 3200
dpi.
