I'm not quite sure what you're looking for, but you could perhaps use
something like the free SetDefPr program on www.jddesign.co.uk to
create shortcuts to the printers.

Yes, I want this similar tools. Just let users to click easily on desktop to
set default printer to other one.
But would like to ask if can do it within Windows 2000 Prof.?

That little program should work with any Windows OS - give it a try!
