I get attachments on Outlook. Now when I open them the first time around, I
am able to read them and everything shows up correctly. But if at any time
during the day I try to open the same document again. It will pop up and
show me the file as blank, but there is no information in there at all.
Everything is gone. It's a blank page and the file itself reads as 64 B,
like it was deleted. But I didn't delete anything from it. Help!!! Can
someone please explain this to me and give me some suggestions/steps to try
and do to fix this problem??????? It's been an ongoing thing for awhile now.
