Are there any ISP's who will send a free CD for their
service that also contains IE6 on it that i can use? Want
to avoid the HUGE download for IE6 and have backup also...

In past, i got one from MSN...not sure if they still do
it..didn't actually use the service...just the CD!

Some computer magazines have the CD in them. You can also get it right from MS for $5 S&H:
