Equipment - Bell South dsl lite
PC - Dell Deminsion 4400
OS - XP Home SP2
EMail Client - Outlook 2000

Issues:
1.) Every few weeks outgoing email can not be sent via the Outlook bell
south account. No problem when connecting to a cable (cox) email account via
the same Outlook.
2.) WinKey+E will not access My computer only when connected to bell south
dsl modem. When PC is connected to a network using cable modem, WinKey+E
has no problem accessing my computer.

Then you know something is wrong with either the DSL service and/or the
DSL modem. Contact Bell South.
