Hey,

My computer is doing a shutdown like with a blaster worm,
saying that that the NT authority or something initiated
the shutdown.

I thought it was the RPC blaster, but the shutdown
message said nothing about RPC being responsible. Just
Isass.exe and a bunch of code numbers. if anyone can
help, it would be greatly appreciated!

Get your AV up to date and do a full scan.

Even after this go and check Microsoft for any specific worm / blaster
removal tools and run each of these.

When all is done you should be confident that no blaster / trojan / virus
exists.

If you are still having problems then do a repair install of XP.
