Hi EveryBody,

I am developing a windows mobile application and i need a logger to
log exceptions and do little more.
Microsoft enterprise library /or log4net
I am not sure for what i should go and does the CF support is there or
not.
I was testing on Emulator and was not able to deploy my application
with log4net as the emulator memory filled up.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I've used log4net in CF projects without any issues and that's what I
would recommend to you. Can you describe what you mean by "memory
filled up"?

hi,

thanx for reply.
actually i had 2 diff dlls of log4net- for .net and for .netcf
by mistake i was using dll for .net. memory filled up issue is
resolved now.

My main query is to which to use - microsoft library or log4net lib.
And can u plz give me an example how to use it in .netcf as i hv used
it in .net and on device i am not getting it.
