And an 0845 telephone number for a sales line.

Let me get this right - they want customers to pay for their telephone call to buy something?

When most people's mobile phone tarriffs enable them free calls to other mobiles and most landlines within their minutes and texts plan?

I would never use a supplier who wants you to phone an 0845 number.
