Any good Club Management s/w?

I need a good program that can be used to keep club records - membership,
dues, meetings minutes, notes, export of date, search,etc. hopefully in a
central archive (maybe using mySQL or not). Needs to handle 500 or more
members. The software should be able to function in any win environment
from win98 up. I have looked at pricelessware, googled and browsed but
can't find a nice one or one that does what I need. Even the $ware ones are
not very good or complete.
