any freeware to help me open forwarded emails (emails inside emials)

Is there any freeware to grab the final email from from inside the all
forwarded emails ...
sometimes it takes ages to open and open all those emails to reach the thing
you want

Sylpheed Claws might do that, with the Ctrl-U command. If it only had a
pop mail checker...
