I have a user with 80 folders and numerous subfolders who wants to know if
there is way to setup Outlook to view the properties of each without clicking
each folder. Any ideas?

This VB6 sample might help you to get started:

If you google for "folder archive settings vba group:*outlook*" you get some
more useful postings.

Thank you , Michael,

But I was thinking about about something that was included in the Outlook
2003 package itself...some kind of add-in. Do you know of one?
