Any Cookie decoder freeware?

Im looking for a freware program to convert cookie data values for
ekzample 41I4Is0DOkWA041h of a cookie to
something meaningful like beni@about[2].txt

That simply isn't possible. It is part of the cookie standard that
cookies only be readable by the website that sends them so they are
hashed using a private key. This is to protect your privacy, otherwise
any site could look at all of your cookies and use them to track you.
Bad enough that there are "tracking cookies" that can be read by any
affiliate of a wesite advertiser. Doubleclick for example.

Sure, Karens' Cookie Viewer is a very useful application that I use
myself, along with other great apps she has written like PTPruner.
However, it doesn't do what the original poster asked: that is,
decode the encrypted HEX contained within the cookie.

May as well do something useful while I am at it. Here is a link to
Karens site for anyone who reads this post and hasn't heard of
