I want to reinstall XP right now on the same disk I've been using, but I
don't want a 4K cluster size when I reformat. I don't see any way to get a
smaller size outside of Windows. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.

Boot to xp cd,recovery,select 1 For C:,press enter for password,typeiskPart
In DiskPart,delete the partition,create & edit the size Press ESC key when
thru,
type:EXIT Or Format
