Antiy Labs IRP File in Device Manager

Hi. In Device Manager under Non-Plug & Play (hidden devices) there is something called Antiy Labs IRP File listed (not grayed out). There is no Irp File.sys in the Windows System 32 folder. I don't have any programs and never had any programs installed that have anything to do with Antiy Labs. I also Googled this and found very little info. I'm pretty much positive that I can uninstall it without causing any problems but wanted to see if anyone can give me any input about this first. Just curious. Thanks.
