I get erros like...
Catalog Database (1484) Database recovery/restore failed
with unexpected error -1032.

I check the event thing at microsoft and get
Verify that anti-virus software is not actively scanning
ESENT files.

OK I know this has to do with Windows Update but what do
I need not to scan for this to work?

Deactivate the virus scanner, or boot in Safe mode so that the virus
scanner doesn't start, or uninstall (and later reinstall) the scanner.
