I am currently plagued by an unwanted ad for Antivirus-
Gold which appears on my desktop but which both AOL and
Microsoft anti spyware seem powerless to remove. Various
remedies are available on the internet but, to a relative
layman, they are hard to follow and could, I fear, end up
by doing more harm than good. Any easy to use and proven
antidote would be much appreciated.
