We know of a few issues which may be concerning in an enterprise. If all
users are not admins, you may see toast messages stating home pages are
changing. AntiSpyware may also block administrative actions as well. See the
following for more information:

I have installed Microsoft Antispyware beta on a Windows
2003 Terminal Server that is not part of a terminal
servers group. About 20 users use this server as their
regular workstations. I am one of those 20 and the only
one with administrator privileges. After about a week I
have uninstalled it for two reasons:
1. It bothered the users too much. It did not learn their
personal settings (like IE home page, temporary internet
files location, for example) and repeated asking to allow
the same changes.
2. I had it happen 3 times, that the server behaved like
it ran out of virtual memory space and started telling
this to all users. I had to stop all working sessions and
restart the server. That happened in 1 or 2 day intervals,
starting at the 3rd day of using Microsoft Antispyware.
While "this after that" is not necessarily "this because
of that", this incident did not return (yet, in 10 days)
since uninstallation of Microsoft Antispyware.
I'll be thankful to anybody who will advice me where there
are recommendations for using Microsoft Antispyware on a
Windows 2003 Terminal Server.
