AntiSpyware Wants IE Closed, even if there is nothing to remove

If AntiSpyware detects and IE threat but you choose to
Always Ignore (or probaly just Ignore), AntiSpyware
requires IE to be closed after clicking on the Continue
button.
An Ignored IE threat should not require IE to be closed,
since there is nothing to be cleaned out of IE.
