AntiSpyware UI is nearly unusable in 640x480x32

My Media Center PC runs HDTV-out to a Sony 480p HDTV
whose max resolution is 640x480 - When I explored the
AntiSpyware options and dialogs, I noticed that since
none of the dialog\pages could scroll, several options
(including the OK\cancel buttons) weren't visible and
hence the tool was very difficult to use.

Expected: If it can't fit in 640x480, make the dialogs
auto-scroll
