Milo and Bill;
I keep sending users to PC SAFETY, when they seem clueless and after
they've exhausted some of the generalized AV & AS utilities. But, never
having been to Microsoft Security myself, I'd like to know what kind of
processes they can expect.
For instance do they use something like VNC for remote access, and then
what... a HijackThis type of analysis? How much user involvement is
required, or do they just watch while the technician does his thing?
Thanks for any of your experience.
