Try superantispyware:
http://www.superantispyware.com/

It worked for the same problem here:

I believe you have some serious issue of malware in your system and well
it's not the regular one, I've dealt with one like this few days ago took me
1 hour to remove give or take ,

do contact 866 727 2338 ( Microsoft Security ) for a direct assistance with
this concern for US/CANADA and for else where reply back here for other
alternatives.

Milo and Bill;

I keep sending users to PC SAFETY, when they seem clueless and after
they've exhausted some of the generalized AV & AS utilities. But, never
having been to Microsoft Security myself, I'd like to know what kind of
processes they can expect.

For instance do they use something like VNC for remote access, and then
what... a HijackThis type of analysis? How much user involvement is
required, or do they just watch while the technician does his thing?
Thanks for any of your experience.

They do have such equivalent technology as you have indicated but on worst
case scenario that the system is not online or cannot go online due to some
reason the support group will go with you by voice troubleshooting ( 100%
user involvement ) over the phone to reach resolution to the concern stated
to the point they have exhausted every means possible in assisting you and
point you to the proper direction to resolve your concerns.
