I tried the antispyware and found that some of in-house developed components are suspected to have problem. What is the mechanism behind the scene? How did the AntiSpyware determine a component is safety?

I don't know all the technical details, but there are a number of reports of false positives. These should be made via messages in the ..signatures group here.

If you have an in-house developed control or app which is getting consistently detected as malware, Microsoft has a vendor dispute form available:

Look for the link at the very end of this KB article:
