AntiPhishing folder in Temp Internet Files

(Win XP Home SP2 and IE6)
In order to clear out my Temp Internet Files thoroughly, I logged on
as Administrator in Safe Mode to delete the Content IE5 folder and I
saw that there was another folder entitled AntiPhishing. I am not
sure when this was created, but wondered if it was left over when I
uninstalled IE7? If so, is it worth keeping, please, or has another
program probably installed it?

IE7 installed it.
It will be easier to leave than to remove.
