Have gotten a Trojan virus named Bookstore, NAV cannot
clean,delete,or quarantine file. Any ideas how to get rid
of this file???? at wits end

1) If you are using WinME or WinXP, disable System Restore

2) Please reboot your PC into Safe Mode
3) Perform a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any infectors found
4) Restart your PC and if you are using WinME or WinXP, re-enable System Restore
and then create a new Restore point
5) Perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform then report back your results
