Doesn't China have a reputation for being tough on crime? Don't they shoot
major criminals in the back of the head and send a bill to the family for
the bullet?

Why not get tough with all the computer malware creators in China?

Are there that many malwares from China? I have no statistics on hand.

Because every day there are more and more items of malware identified and thus the
libraries of identification (signatures) grow.

Don't they all have some common pattern/signature, or maybe a common
stack frame?
