Microsoft Antispyware is an unsupported beta program. It isn't offered by
Windows or Microsoft Update.

It is only available for Windows 2000 or Windows XP or Windows Server 2003
or newer versions of Windows.

you have to seperately download microsoft antispyware from
www.microsoft.com/downloads the latest version is 1.0.615
it expires on 31st december.
