We installed the program & today zone alarm notified that
IP # xx wanted to update Giantblahblah. I said no to both
messages and then came to this site to read up since the
program is so new. Well I'm not a paying customer that
has Giant (is anyone?), but opening the program files,
there are Giant files. So I went ahead and did an update
through the program & it worked fine.

We downloaded it on the first day it was available and I
will attest that it does work. I'd typed a website wrong
& all hell broke loose. We didn't have the program
running in the background at that point, so my husband ran
it and said it found a trojan and removed it.
