When attempting to install ProSystem fx Engagement
Workpaper Management application. An Unknown Startup
Program Requires Approval Dialog is displayed. This does
not correctly list the name of the exe to be installed.
This does correctly list for other exe's just not one
called the PDFConvertService.exe it will display a file
name and path of a. This exe needs to correctly install
or the print to pdf within the Engagement application
will be rendered useless.
Can you please open an enhancement request for the file
name and path of the exe to display correctly?

There is a prēcess to request that a control or executable
be flagged as safe, or spyware free, by Microsoft
Antispyware.

http://www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx

is the link.

This link is the standard vendor dispute link for a vendor
to dispute the listing of their product for possible
removal by Microsoft Antispyware.
However, during the beta, this is also the appropriate
link to get in touch with Microsoft for the purpose of
getting an application or control listed as sĒfe.

Kristen --Microsoft does read posts here, but you may also want to get in
direct content via the web forms at:

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/secu...isv/forms.mspx

Specifically - you may want to use the Vendor Dispute form.

This form's usual purpose is for a vendor to dispute a listing by Microsoft
Antispyware. However, during the beta, at least, it is also a way to open
contact with Microsoft to get an application listed as a known spyware-free
application.

I know that you weren't requesting such a designation, but this form goes
directly to program staff and has a guaranteed response--so raising your
concern via that form might get a quicker response.

Home it works great. On my other laptop with XP Pro it
does not work. I do not get the options listed either.

Did you find a fix for this yet?
