The most frequent association I saw in google was with some Trend Micro
product--not sure which one. Secondarily, there were some hits involving
cleaning with some other product--not on your list, suggesting that turning
off Microsoft Antispyware while doing the cleaning operation would eliminate
the message.
In general, Microsoft Antispyware's dialogs are pretty distinctive--they
don't look like anybody elses. My suspicion is that this isn't one of ours,
at this point.
