I'm not certain whether this is from Microsoft Antispyware or not. It could
be, but Googling, I see the error also associated with other antispyware
apps--what else are you running?

You can run a Repair install of Microsoft Antispyware--start, control panel,
add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware. Click the blue support link,
and under that, there'll be a Repair button. Click that.

Can you tell us about the circumstances when this message arises? Are you
trying to clean malware using another product?

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the reply, This is what is confusing, it appears randomly I have
seen it on a reboot, on a startup and at other times during normal operation.
I clean my system once a week using the Beta program, Ad-Aware, Spybot,
Trent. My main Protection is McAfee. I am positve my system is clean. I have
1g memory about 60g of spare Hd

The most frequent association I saw in google was with some Trend Micro
product--not sure which one. Secondarily, there were some hits involving
cleaning with some other product--not on your list, suggesting that turning
off Microsoft Antispyware while doing the cleaning operation would eliminate
the message.

In general, Microsoft Antispyware's dialogs are pretty distinctive--they
don't look like anybody elses. My suspicion is that this isn't one of ours,
at this point.
