I am looking for an anti-spam solution . I guess one of those services where
the first mail sent from someone has to be verified first would be the most
solid.
Are there any out there which do not require a credit card first to test
them ? I am guessing no free solutions are available ?

Expect to get blacklisted by those getting irritated with your
misdirected challenge-spam. They are reportable as backscatter. They
can also be reported to your e-mail provider as spam abuse.

Clean up the turds in your own yard. Expect retaliation if you go
tossing them in someone else's yard.

Yes. Since I am against C-R users (and will report ANY that send me
their bogus challenges), you will have to do your own Google
searching, or wait for another irresponsible e-mail user to suggest
one.
