When I try to send/receive emails a "Anti-spam settings" pop up screed comes
up asking me for a list of trusted senders. I don't know how to get rid of
this pop up everytime I press the send/receive button and my emails are now
being downloaded?

What version of Outlook? What antispam application do you use? That is
what's popping up the dialog. You can disable in Addins - this is in tools,
trust center in Outlook 2007 and tools, options, other tab, advanced in
older versions.
