anti phishing toolbar

I ran across this link in rec.crafts.metalworking in a topic on ebay
sellers and scams.
The NetCraft Toolbar
http://toolbar.netcraft.com/
I have no idea if this is a good deal or what as I am using windows 98SE
and it is for IE or FF on 2000 and XP.
but it looks to me that it is freeware and if nothing else, the
install/help page gives a lot of good information and links.

sigh..I gotta get me some XP.
