Of the four PC's I've built, three have Antec cases, and all have Antec
power supplies. Their products are IMHO the absolute best for the buck. I
needed a small part from them, just a 5 1/4 inch blank plate in black, to
match my drives, which I would have gladly paid for,and like you, a very
friendly person who answered the phone, took my info and sent me several of
them for free. By the way, my fourth PC case is a Lian-Li high end case,
which IMHO has nothing on Antec. It took two weeks for those folks to even
answer an email
