Called Antec today reference a problem with an Aria case w/300W power
supply. The call was answered by a rep without being placed on hold, no
pre-recorded messages to wade through. After explaining the problem, the rep
said it sounded like a bad power supply and offered to RMA or cross ship RMA
a new one. No receipt was asked for, no paperwork to fill out. I chose to
cross ship: they charge for the part, and ship immediately. Upon receiving
the defective part, they refund the cost. Each party pays one-way shipping.
Within 5 minutes of hanging up, I had an email from the rep for point of
contact, the order number, and an RMA number with shipping address and a
number to call if I wanted a tracking number.

Nobody makes a perfect product all the time. There's alot to be said for
service. They've earn my future business.

Of the four PC's I've built, three have Antec cases, and all have Antec
power supplies. Their products are IMHO the absolute best for the buck. I
needed a small part from them, just a 5 1/4 inch blank plate in black, to
match my drives, which I would have gladly paid for,and like you, a very
friendly person who answered the phone, took my info and sent me several of
them for free. By the way, my fourth PC case is a Lian-Li high end case,
which IMHO has nothing on Antec. It took two weeks for those folks to even
answer an email

Abits like that too. Asus seemed a lot more stingy.
