You need about eight more fans.

No. Especially not if its a cheap power supply that doesn't put out it's
"rated" power.

If your case has good ventilation characteristics, normally you should
not need four case fans.

The AMD site has tech reports on case ventilation and PSU sizing.

Should be no problem since Antec supplies are fairly spec'd. Your system *might*
pull 200W when heavily loaded, so the 350W rating is absolutely not a limitation.
When I say heavily loaded, I mean that the CPU is at 100% utilization and the CD
is spinning up. If there was going to be a problem, it would be that an individual
supply is loaded beyond what the supply could put out. If you want some further
comfort, look at the specs of the motherboard for how much current is required on
each supply. Add to that the video card. If you have 5A margin on 3.3V, 5V, and
12V you will have enough for all other peripherals.

Don't be too influenced by the craze for over-stated power supplies. They will
cost you wasted power due to inefficiency at light (normal) loads, will make more
noise, and will lighten your wallet needlessly. Now if you had a system with 6 10K
SCSI drives (15W each, 90W)) and dual Xeon (90W each, 180W total), you might be
thinking about a 450W supply just to have some safety margin.

I just buy fans. I am a cooling freak.

I could be wrong, but I think even the most power hungry hard drives only
draw about 10 watts. Check the WD site, I am pretty sure they list power
consumptiion in the drive specs for the 250 SATA drive. I have 3 of them in
a raid 5 config and I like em just fine. I run a Antec 430 TP supply.
