Hi,

I've been looking around at cases and in my build was going to go with the Antec 902. However I much more prefer the look of the Cooler Master Stacker 832, even though it is quite a bit more expensive and bigger.

Or what about the Cosmos?

Does anyone currently have one of these or have experience of it?

Regards,

Andrew

There are lots of things to influence the purchase of a case.

Ease of assembly; cooling; weight; size; cost; to name but a few.

But probably the most important is how pleasing it is to your mince pies.

So my advice - which is probably totally non-professional - is buy whatever you like the look of

In the last 12 years or so I've only ever bought Antec or Lian Li cases, I'm a big fan of both.

And if ever I come into lots of money one day I'll probably treat myself to a Zalman case.

Will the motherboard fit inside, and leave a little bit of room for your fingers, and, able to fit a CPU heatsink fan, and, close the case?

Will the hard drives poke out over the motherboard, right where you need to install your 'long' graphics card?

Can you install the power supply unit and be able to tidy up all the cables?

Some decent cooling is ideal, needs to be quiet.

A side window does not conform to EU regulations?

Personally I don't care what the case looks like as 98% of them are all the same inside ... I look for practicality.

I like to get a case for free and then hack it to suit my purposes.
