Where are answers to pop-ups stored

When you answer a MS-AntiSpyware pop-up "Allow"
Where is that answer stored?

I am testing use on a network with a generic login where
users cannot save changes back to the user profile when
logging off. However, every time they log back in, many
pop-ups appear such as:

Desktop attempting to be changed from
%USERPROFILE%\Desktop to
\\servername\profiles\username\desktop

I would like to save the "allow" answer into the server-
stored profile so that it is permanent.
