After much hair pulling I kinda figured out how to make my large movie work.
I was using strictly MM2 w/ over 150 still photos. Every photo had a
transition and an effect. Which I read on a post helps bog it down. Plus a
lot of my photos were scanned w/ the highest dpi. Which also slows things.
Well, when I would go to save my movie, then watch it, it would come to a
dead stop half way through. So I took some advice from different posts on
this site and started over. I used Photo Story 3 to put the pictures
together. I did all the panning and zooming this way and I didn't add music.
Then I saved it and imported it into MM. I then added music and text to all
the photos. I saved it and it worked. It was pretty time consuming, but now
I know how photo story really does help when using a lot of still photos.
Thanks to all who offered help on this topic. I am no longer clueless!!
