another won't wake up xp home

Hi all. Don't know what I did.
Prolonged standby now won't wake up from hibernation without areboot.
This is from the Event viewer regarding my last failure at awakening:

The Terminal Services service was successfully sent a start control.

The mrtRate service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

HELP!!!!!!
Is there an easy way to fix this?
